The secret to happiness is so simple... to be kind... to ourselves and to others. If everyone was kind, what a different world we would live in. And it has to start somewhere with someone. Let that "someone" be each one of us, right here and right now.
The focus for today is:
Acts of kindness are my direct route to experiencing love.
Today's message is inspired by Jude Bijou, author of the book: Attitude Reconstruction.
For maximum effect, kindness must be offered without expecting something in return, except for you to feel more love and connection. Kindness is not a business transaction.
Kindness manifests in a lot of ways, such as acts of compassion, helpfulness, empathy, forgiveness, and caring. These gestures kindle and ignite feelings of love in both the recipients and ourselves.
